il Lamparo

From the love for the cuisine, from my eternal dream of creating a restaurant by the sea-side, and the general taste for challenge, came the creation of il, Lamparo in 2001. Italian cuisine is inculcated in the tradition of my family for over 40 years. But I feel I can say that the Italian cuisine, more than something already intricate, is a family passion.
This passion has been handed down from generation to generation with much dedication and respect for culinary arts. As my grandmother says: ‘la pasta is like a woman: chi va piano va sano’
